Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms are an agreement between you and , registered in , USA ("we", "us"), for your use of Tallibo ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Tallibo is an online tool to record income, expenses, sales, purchases, stock, payroll records, fixed assets and bank or cash balances, and to produce reports and documents from what you enter.
2. Not professional advice
The service is a record-keeping tool. It does not give accounting, tax, payroll or legal advice, and it does not calculate or file taxes for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your filings. Please check important figures with a qualified accountant.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give a real email address.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account is for one business owner. Don't share it or resell the service.
4. Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free, with the limits shown on the Plan page.
- New accounts may start with a free Pro trial. No card is needed; when it ends the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Free Pro given through invite codes works the same way.
- The Pro plan is a subscription billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
- Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires or we decide otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.
5. Your data
Your business records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. How we handle them is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, to store data you have no right to, to attack or overload it, or to try to reach other users' data.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your records.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay, after notice where reasonable.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of , USA.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
